Meet Die With Me (LLM edition)

Die With Me is a Mac companion app that turns AI coding usage into a social space. Menu bar characters reflect activity and remaining allowance from supported Claude Code and Codex sessions. Friends can add one another, see who is busy or running low, and join a shared chatroom when their available usage falls below the app's threshold.

The app also offers small lounges, temporary voice messages, and playful interactions between companions. People can participate without connecting a coding assistant, while usage tracking relies on their existing local sign-in. Mac activation currently requires an invitation, making it a small community for builders who want company while working and waiting.
