EngageCycle helps accounting, tax and bookkeeping practices prepare proposals and engagement letters. A firm builds a catalog of its services and prices, selects the relevant options for a client and sends a single link. The client can choose a package and sign from a phone, and the firm receives a signed PDF with an audit certificate.

For renewal season, the same workflow can generate individual proposals across a client book. Staff can track which documents have been sent, opened or signed instead of checking a separate email chain for each client.
