Meet Flipcorder

Flipcorder is an iPhone camera app for recording small moments throughout a day and keeping them together as one film. Each recording stops after twenty seconds by default, or can continue with the No limit clip setting within a thirty-minute daily tape. The clips are added in order to that day’s tape, including pauses and imperfect moments, without a separate editing workflow.

Video is recorded in clean HD and stored on the phone. VHS and MiniDV looks are applied as a changeable layer, so users can switch the appearance later or save a clean version. At the end of the day, the combined tape can be saved to Photos and shared. It is built for informal memories rather than assembling a polished production.
