Apply analog television and VHS effects to video

ntsc-rs is a free, open-source video effect for recreating artifacts associated with analog television and VHS recordings. Its processing models aspects of NTSC transmission and tape encoding, giving editors a way to explore those visual characteristics within a digital workflow. The implementation uses Rust with multithreading and SIMD acceleration to support interactive adjustment on suitable hardware.
The effect is available as a standalone application and a web app, as well as plugins for After Effects, Premiere, and OpenFX-compatible editors. Those options let users try the effect independently or apply it inside an existing editing project. Performance and supported workflows depend on the host application, footage resolution, and the computer running the effect.
