Study OS
Organize browser focus sessions with a timer, tasks, ambient sound, and a local scratchpad.
Grow a virtual tree while you stay off distracting apps

Forest makes a timed focus session visible as a growing virtual tree. Pick the duration and tree, start the timer, and complete the session to add it to a forest. Leaving for a distracting app can stop the tree's growth. The accumulated trees form a record of time spent in sessions, and blocking tools add controls for study or work. A separate program with Trees for the Future supports real-tree planting. The user chooses the session length, so a reading break and a longer work block can each contribute a different part of the visual record.
