Start distraction-blocking sessions from your AI assistant

LockIn MCP connects distraction blocking to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol. After installing its desktop component and connecting a compatible assistant, users can ask to block selected websites for a focused work session. System-level blocking applies across browsers, and timed exceptions provide a way to temporarily regain access when a site is needed for work.
An optional Chrome extension adds task-aware browsing checks and a dashboard of distraction attempts. Users can describe what they are working on and let the extension evaluate whether a page fits that task. The product supports macOS, Windows, and Linux, with account controls for reviewing or revoking connected assistants.
