Meet Freedom

Freedom blocks the apps and websites you choose during a timed session. You select the devices, pick a preset or custom blocklist, and decide how long the session will last. You can also block internet access when the planned work does not need it. Sessions can start immediately, follow an advance schedule, or recur as part of a routine. Locked Mode restricts ending the session early, while synchronization applies the session across supported devices. Ambient audio is available alongside those controls. The app gives someone preparing to read, write, or study a way to define the online distractions they want temporarily out of reach.
