Keep connected Markdown notes with an AI editing companion

Kuku is a local-first Markdown workspace for macOS. It combines a structured editor with linked notes, backlinks, and a graph view, helping users build a connected collection of ideas, meeting records, and project knowledge. Notes remain plain Markdown files, so the collection can also be used outside the app.
Its AI tools can search, read, edit, and link material in a vault. Proposed changes appear as reviewable differences, giving the user a chance to inspect edits before accepting them. Local notes remain available offline, while optional synchronization carries the workspace between devices. AI access to note content is permission-based, so users can decide what context to share.
