Turn codebase architecture into a visual specification for coding agents.

Lucid Train is a coding workspace that starts by mapping a repository's architecture. It generates a diagram of components and their relationships, then uses that design as a specification for the coding agent. Developers can review proposed changes as diffs and approve commands as work proceeds.
The desktop application combines code conversations, architecture diagrams, dependency audits, and connected tools across multiple projects. A separate terminal version provides the agent through a keyboard-driven interface. Both support local models and configured model providers, with MCP servers and skill files extending the workflow. It is useful when understanding an existing system matters as much as producing the next code change.
