Meet Motion

Motion uses tasks and calendar commitments to create a plan for the day. Set priorities, deadlines, and estimated durations, and the scheduler places work into available time. Dependencies and assigned project tasks feed the same process, with the schedule adjusted when meetings or priorities change.

Documents, meeting notes, and AI project-planning tools hold related material alongside the tasks. A meeting follow-up can become scheduled work instead of staying only in the recap. The plan follows the estimates and priorities entered into the system, so changing a task's duration or due date changes the assumptions used to place it.
