Sunsama helps you plan a working day around tasks and the time available on your calendar. Bring in work from project tools, email, and messaging apps, estimate what each task needs, and place it into time blocks beside meetings. New work can be added and the plan adjusted as the day changes.

Focus tools and time tracking support working through those blocks. Daily shutdown and weekly review routines give you a place to record completed work and compare the plan with where your time went. Calendar synchronization and integrations keep the planning process connected to the tools holding the original tasks, rather than requiring a separate list for every source.
