Meet Plainmail

Plainmail hosts mailboxes for people who own several domains and want to manage their addresses in one place. Add an address in the dashboard or request one through the Plainmail MCP server. For supported DNS providers, the service writes the necessary mail records. For other providers, it supplies the records to copy and checks the configuration.

The mailbox works with ordinary IMAP and SMTP clients, including Apple Mail, Outlook and Thunderbird. That lets the owner of a small project receive questions and send replies from its own domain alongside their everyday inbox.
