Keep reusable project memory for AI coding agents locally

PMB is an open-source memory system for AI coding agents. It stores project facts, decisions, lessons, and activity on the user's machine, then makes relevant context available through MCP and supported agent hooks. Developers can share a workspace across tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Zed instead of rebuilding the same context in each session.
Memory is stored in local SQLite and vector files, with a dashboard for exploring relationships and reviewing an activity timeline. Retrieval combines text, vector, and graph signals, while lesson tracking helps identify guidance that agents repeatedly ignore. The core recall path does not require an LLM; optional summarization and extraction can use configured local or hosted models.
