Meet QualityLayer

QualityLayer gives coding agents a shared process for taking a request from discussion to a verified change. It separates the work into research, an approved plan, task outlines, implementation, verification, and review, with the user approving the plan and the result. The app runs locally and can be used alongside a browser, terminal, or IDE.

Developers can connect agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor using subscriptions or API access they already have. Different agents can build and independently review a change, exchanging findings in the same workflow. Diagrams, proposed screens, reports, and checks make it easier to inspect the reasoning behind the implementation before accepting it.
