Meet SpacebarX
SpacebarX combines notes, tasks, and project planning in a nested outline. Keyboard shortcuts create and rearrange items, while dates, tags, checklists, code blocks, and Markdown keep supporting context beside the work. Mirrors let the same item appear in multiple places, and a Today view gathers scheduled tasks without removing them from their projects.
The web app works offline and stores the workspace locally, with optional synchronization through the user's Google Drive or Dropbox account. OPML import helps bring in existing outlines. Pro features include board, table, and mind-map views, version history, encrypted documents, and AI assistance using the user's own provider keys. Native desktop and mobile applications are listed as forthcoming.
