Cimanote
Connect everyday notes into a searchable knowledge base
Keep text notes, sticky boards, and mind maps in a local browser workspace.

Browser Notes brings writing, sticky-note boards, and mind maps into one browser workspace. It works without an account and stores content locally, with templates for planning, research, meetings, and other starting points. The editor includes slash commands and checklists, while tags, pinned items, favorites, and search help organize different kinds of notes.
Users can export Markdown or Obsidian-ready files, save a complete JSON backup, and import that backup later. Share links package a snapshot that opens as a separate local copy for the recipient. An optional Chrome extension captures text, images, and links from other pages. Keeping backups matters because clearing browser site data can remove local notes.
