Meet Updatest

Updatest brings Mac application updates into one interface. It inspects installed apps for supported update sources, including Homebrew, the Mac App Store, Sparkle, Electron, and GitHub Releases. When a source cannot be detected, users can add one manually or consult the optional Updatest Network for version information shared by other users.

The app also offers a visual workflow for adopting existing applications into Homebrew and updating command-line formulae. Detailed app views show versions, bundle identifiers, sizes, developer information, code signing, and permissions. Updatest is useful for Mac users who maintain software from several distribution channels and want to review updates and application details together.
