BaseTab turns a browser’s new tab into a workspace built from widgets. Arrange bookmarks, notes, tasks, a calendar, and a focus timer around the information you want to see when opening a tab. A whiteboard and Kanban board provide room for rough ideas and ongoing work, while embedded pages and media keep useful resources close by.

Optional integrations bring services such as GitHub and Google Workspace into the dashboard. You can also add AI tools, news, weather, or a market ticker according to your needs. BaseTab provides browser extensions and a web application, so you can build a starting page that matches your routine instead of repeatedly reopening the same collection of tabs.
