CircadiaOS is an iPhone app that builds an overnight temperature schedule for a compatible smart thermostat. Users create a profile and view a curve with four phases, then either make changes manually or use the paid automatic controls. Supported connections include thermostats from providers such as Nest and ecobee.

The app can incorporate optional wearable information and adjusts its schedule after collecting enough qualifying nights. It is designed around gradual temperature changes rather than keeping one setting throughout the night. The free view helps users understand the proposed schedule, while automation lets the app apply those changes to connected equipment.
