Crest
Bring coding-agent prompts, files, and useful widgets into the Mac notch
Meet Crest
Crest turns the notch area of a Mac display into a panel for everyday tools and coding-agent activity. Users can access media controls, a temporary file shelf, clipboard history, and window layouts from the top of the screen. It also surfaces prompts from supported coding agents so developers can inspect requests and respond while working elsewhere.
Paid features add an overview of agent sessions, usage-limit warnings, calendar access, notes, weather, and an authenticator for two-factor codes. The interface groups widgets into spaces for different contexts. Crest runs on macOS 14 or later and can also control the companion Take screen recorder and Minutes meeting-note app.
