Meet Workflo
Workflo is a Mac menu-bar app that prepares a workspace before it is needed. Saved Scenes open applications, arrange their windows, and clear other windows from view. A Scene can run at a scheduled time, before a calendar event, or through a keyboard shortcut, with a cancelable countdown before automatic changes occur.
Different display arrangements have their own saved Desks, allowing windows to return to familiar positions when a monitor is connected or disconnected. A visual editor supports custom layouts, including dual-monitor setups, while per-app rules control restoration behavior. The Stash shortcut temporarily hides and restores the current workspace. Layouts and rules remain in local files without an account.
