Meet Deskcord

Deskcord connects a website chat widget to a Discord server. Each visitor conversation opens its own thread in a selected channel, and replies written in Discord appear in the visitor's chat window. Visitors can ask questions without having a Discord account, while the team can answer from its usual desktop or mobile app.

The widget supports files, screenshots, presence information, and identity verification for logged-in users. Teams can resolve conversations and let visitors reopen them when needed. Additional options include separate channels for multiple websites and email follow-ups when a visitor leaves. Deskcord is built for makers and small teams already using Discord for daily work.
