Meet Elasticnote

Elasticnote is a local-first workspace built around portable Markdown notes. It brings writing, research, daily notes, tasks, and a calendar together, with additional views for Kanban boards, diagrams, and mathematical notation. Users can work from local folders and choose their own supported cloud storage instead of treating the notes as material locked inside one service. Optional AI features and permission-controlled MCP access extend the workspace when assistance is useful. A researcher or independent professional can keep source notes near the tasks and plans that grow from them, while continuing to manage the underlying files. Templates provide starting points for organizing different kinds of work.
