Meet ELVES

ELVES is a desktop workspace for running AI coding agents against software tasks. Each task receives its own Git worktree and branch, with an embedded terminal showing the agent’s progress. Developers can use Claude Code or Codex, inspect the resulting changes, and choose whether to merge the branch or discard the workspace.

The app keeps searchable memory of decisions and project context across sessions. Visual editors manage skills, MCP servers, and contextual instructions, while a usage dashboard summarizes available agent telemetry. Its merge flow supports different Git strategies and cleans up completed worktrees. The open-source application currently provides a public macOS release.
