Meet ExactScan

ExactScan creates digital documents from supported scanners on Mac and Windows. Built-in drivers and supported scanning interfaces connect the hardware, while profiles keep settings ready for recurring jobs. Page detection, cropping, deskewing, and blank-page handling prepare documents before saving them as PDFs or images.

The Pro edition adds text recognition for searchable PDFs and text output. Processing tools can also work with existing files, and barcode features support organizing document jobs. Enterprise options extend the setup for larger scanning and archival tasks. Scanner compatibility, platform, and edition determine which controls are available, letting a recurring office scan use a prepared profile for the required output.
