Scanner Pro turns photographed pages into digital documents on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Users crop and clean up scans, organize pages, and use OCR to make recognized text searchable and copyable. Export options include PDF, images, and supported document formats.

Signature tools add a signature to scanned paperwork, while sharing, printing, faxing, and synchronization move the result into another workflow. Available functions depend on the platform and subscription. A receipt or form can be captured and organized with other pages, then exported in the format needed by the person or system receiving it.
