Organize Windows desktop files and shortcuts into configurable groups

Fences organizes Windows desktop content into labeled, shaded groups. Users place files, folders, and shortcuts manually or define rules that sort incoming items. Size, color, transparency, tabs, and icon settings adjust how each group appears.
Folder Portals expose a folder's contents on the desktop. Peek brings the groups above other windows when needed, while hiding or fading options change their visibility between uses. A project can have its own group of shortcuts and working files, with portals keeping a frequently used folder available without copying its contents into another desktop location.
