Meet Foxchat

Foxchat adds a live-chat widget to a website and routes visitor messages into Slack. A customer opens the chat bubble and sends a question; a team member replies in Slack, and the response appears on the site in real time. This lets a small team handle support within an application it already monitors.

Installation uses a short script that works with website builders, commerce platforms, and custom sites. Colors, placement, and welcome text can be adjusted to fit the website. Foxchat also includes conversation history and AI reply suggestions.
