Meet Hemmed

Hemmed keeps a crowded Mac menu bar manageable by tucking selected icons out of sight. Click its icon or use a keyboard shortcut to reveal them again. On Macs with a notch, a tray provides access to icons that would otherwise disappear behind the camera area. New icons can start hidden until you choose whether they should stay visible.

The app can also pin supported menu actions for quick access and point out hidden apps using substantial energy while on battery. Layouts, pins, and preferences can sync across your Macs through iCloud. Hemmed is a native Mac utility with a free trial and a one-time purchase, supporting macOS Ventura or later.
