Lined Press prepares journals for authors who publish through Amazon KDP. Describe the intended reader, choose a book type and trim size, and the service drafts the introduction, prompts and sections before laying out the pages.
It produces an interior PDF and a separate wraparound cover that includes the back, spine and front. Margins, bleed, font embedding and the barcode space are accounted for in the layout. Authors can look at sample pages on the site to see how the writing and print dimensions work together before starting a book.
