Meet Neatify

Neatify organizes files locally on a Mac using rules and project settings. Users choose folders and define where different files should go, such as directing PDFs to documents or images to a project's visual assets. Project switching changes the active organization setup when work moves between clients or contexts.

Menu bar controls provide quick access to rules, project selection, and pausing. Optional launch-at-login behavior starts the chosen setup when the computer boots. The app runs within the macOS sandbox and works on folders the user grants access to. Neatify is useful for freelancers and other Mac users who repeatedly sort downloads, screenshots, and project files.
