Control Mac pointing and shortcuts with webcam hand gestures

Pawvis is a Mac utility that uses a webcam to turn hand movements into computer input. An open hand moves the pointer, finger gestures click or scroll, and configurable actions can launch apps, run shortcuts, or switch workspaces. Users can adjust tracking behavior, enable dwell clicking, or train additional gestures for their own workflow.
Hand tracking runs on the device using Apple's Vision framework, without requiring a separate motion sensor. A gesture guide and practice mode help users learn the controls, while the menu bar shows tracking status. The app is free and open source for macOS 14 or later. Optional voice features are separate from its core hand-control workflow.
