Sorted

Meet Sorted

Sorted turns scattered files into a searchable local library on a Mac. Add existing folders or watch for new files, then let the app read supported documents, scans, images, and office files. It can extract useful information, suggest tags and destinations, and identify exact or visually similar duplicates for review.

Custom rules help preserve the organization choices that matter to you, while uncertain suggestions can wait in an approval queue. Search by meaning or ask a question about the collection, then follow citations back to the source. Financial documents can also be gathered into reviewable exports, making Sorted useful for personal archives, client files, and records that accumulate over time.
