Voicera turns spoken thoughts into edited text wherever you can type on a Mac. Start dictation, speak naturally, and insert the resulting writing into a message, document, or other application. It can clean up speech and apply a preferred tone, such as casual, formal, or concise, so the output fits the task without requiring a separate drafting window.

The app supports several languages and lets you specify vocabulary and context to improve recognition of the words you use. It processes speech through its service rather than requiring a local model download. Voicera is available for Intel and Apple silicon Macs and is useful for writing longer passages or capturing ideas when speaking feels easier than typing.
