Mac break reminders that adapt to meetings and time away
Schedule Mac breaks using screen time, input activity, and a customizable pause routine.

Zzzappy is a Mac break reminder that considers both screen time and input activity. It counts actions such as keystrokes, clicks, scrolling, and continuous use to decide when to suggest a pause. Users adjust intervals, durations, and intensity presets or set different schedules for parts of the day.
Smart Pause can defer reminders during calls, meetings, video playback, or selected focus applications. Break overlays appear across connected displays, with sound themes, progress animations, and configurable skip modes. A dashboard shows usage and break patterns, completion rates, and streaks. The application stores its activity statistics locally and provides shortcuts for starting, pausing, or extending a break.
