Get context-aware nudges when your Mac work drifts off task
Track focus sessions, project time, and flexible streaks from the macOS menu bar.

Breaks is a macOS menu bar timer for organizing focus and rest periods. Users choose a cycle template or adjust durations, label each block, and record whether a session went well, was interrupted, or was skipped. Project tags group time across weekly, monthly, and all-time views.
Streaks account for rest days, idle time, and sleep recovery. Completed blocks can be written to Calendar, and the focus journal can be exported as Markdown. On supported devices, local AI provides weekly summaries and answers questions about the journal. The application is free and open source, with no account required for its focus-tracking workflow.
