Dedoose provides a collaborative workspace for analyzing qualitative and mixed methods research. Teams can bring together interviews, focus groups, survey data, photographs, audio, and video, then code the material and explore connections across the dataset. Charts, graphs, and matrices provide different views of the analysis.

Filtering lets researchers focus on a particular segment while retaining its relationship to the wider project. Colleagues can work together in real time, with cloud-stored project data accessible through the application on Mac and Windows. A research team can move from detailed source coding to visual comparisons when examining themes across participants or kinds of evidence.
