Meet hej

hej gives iOS developers a way to answer questions inside the app where they arise. Someone who has bought an upgrade on another phone can describe the problem in a conversation and receive instructions for restoring the purchase. On the other side, the team sees the thread in an inbox and can keep a private note alongside it.

The SDK works with SwiftUI and UIKit. Teams can write their own support rules, configure AI assistance and decide when a conversation is a sensible place to explain a plan or invite a review.
