Meet Scrawl

Scrawl turns a screen demonstration into visual context that a coding agent can use. Start a capture with a keyboard shortcut, explain the problem aloud, and draw or place numbered pins on the relevant areas. The app associates your words with useful frames, then lets you paste the result into an agent instead of writing a long description of what went wrong. Transcription runs on your computer.

An optional skill helps the agent read the transcript, inspect keyframes, and request a closer sequence around a particular moment. Scrawl also supports recording an iPhone mirrored to the Mac and provides an iOS recording integration. The released Mac app supports Apple silicon and macOS 15 or later.
