Organize and share reusable skills across coding agents

Skills Manager is a desktop tool for organizing reusable instructions across AI coding agents. It brings installed skills into one view, lets users install them from GitHub repositories or custom registries, and copies them between supported agents. Users can inspect a skill's instructions and included templates before moving it into another workflow.
The app supports tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, and Windsurf. It is free and open source under the MIT license, with no account required. Windows and Linux downloads are available, while the macOS release is in preparation. It suits developers who use several agents and want a consistent collection of skills.
