Vector

Meet Vector

Vector is a Mac launcher that brings applications, files, messages, clipboard history, contacts, calendar, weather, and places into one search panel. It uses local models to understand what a query is asking for and surface the relevant source, rather than treating every search as a simple filename match.

Semantic search helps recover information from files and conversations using natural language. Users can also reopen something copied earlier or check an upcoming appointment without switching applications. The panel's placement, shortcuts, and sources are configurable. Vector runs its search intelligence on the device and is available for Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 26 or later.
